The country carbon budget chart

Country charts reveal:

• the subject country’s historic responsibility for past emissions (1750-2013), in both absolute and relative terms, displayed as either a ‘credit’ or a ‘debit’.
• the subject country’s share of future Budgets 1-3, together with a rough representation of its (I)NDC for comparison21.
